With over two decades of professional experience, Alexandre has worked in various areas including Human Resources, Controlling, Projects, and Strategic Planning. His career includes a solid tenure in banking and a distinguished period at a renowned multinational recruitment firm, where he led operations in São Paulo.
In 2010, he founded HOUND Consultoria and has since overseen hiring projects targeting middle and senior management across diverse market sectors, serving highly relevant companies.
With approximately 8,000 interviews conducted, Alexandre has contributed to the placement of over 600 professionals in the market, consistently upholding Hound’s values and standards. Alexandre holds a degree in Economics from FAAP and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
With twenty-five years of executive experience in Human Resources, he has worked at companies such as Banco Itaú, Grupo Fleury, and Grupo Sodexo. For nearly a decade, he served as a consultant and executive partner in Organizational Culture and Executive Development. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at institutions such as FDC and Mackenzie University.
Throughout his career, he has led hundreds of selection processes and developed significant projects in the field of human and organizational development.
João Paulo holds bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP and has executive education from Harvard Business School.
